How we keep your proposal and client data safe, portable, and under your control.
You own your data
Everything you enter into PropelQuote — client names, proposal content, ROI inputs, line items, service library entries, terms, and signatures — belongs to you. We do not sell your data, use it to train models, or share it with third parties except as needed to run the service (for example, our cloud database and email provider).
Export your account at any time
Your account settings include a one-click export that downloads all of your proposals, service library, saved clients, and profile details. The export is delivered in a widely readable JSON format, so you can back it up, inspect it, or move it to another tool.
Signed proposals live in two inboxes
When a client accepts a proposal with a typed e-signature, both you and the signer receive a timestamped confirmation email. That email is an independent record that does not depend on PropelQuote staying online.
Every proposal is printable and PDF-ready
Every proposal has a public share link with a clean, print-friendly layout. You or your client can print or save it as a PDF at any time using the browser's print button, even before it is signed.
If the service ever ends
If PropelQuote discontinues the Services, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to give you advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your records before access ends. In the meantime, the export tools above are always available while your account is active.
Security basics
PropelQuote runs on encrypted infrastructure, requires sign-in for all account data, and uses row-level security so each user can only read and write their own records. We never store payment card details; billing is handled by Stripe.
